The Gold Coast Bulletin has reported on the Topping Out Ceremony yesterday at the Jewel development on the Gold Coast.
The Jewel’s central tower reached its peak height of 47 storeys or 170 metres and apartment sales were relaunched by Yuhu Group Australia after acquisition from Wanda Ridong.
The Jewel Topping Out Ceremony yesterday was attended by official guests including Tourism Minister Kate Jones, Mayor Tom Tate and deputy Donna Gates, five Gold Coast councillors and Destination Gold Coast chairman Paul Donovan.
Construction of the Jewel began in February 2016 and is scheduled for completion mid-2019.
Yuhu Group Australia also announced that the Jewel International Kite Festival will be held on September 30 on the Gold Coast beachfront.
The Group director Jimmy Huang said the Jewel is a project we can all be proud of as it will bring substantial community benefit to the Gold Coast for many decades to come.
